After Black Panther: Wakanda Forever revealed the underground kingdom of Talokan, it can be seen that the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) still contains many secret countries waiting for the right time and project to be revealed.
Marvel Comics has no shortage of such kingdoms.
Attilan

If Marvel Studios plans to officially bring Inhumans into the MCU (aside from Black Bolt’s brief cameo in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness), it’s likely that Attilan will also appear in their projects soon.

Marvel Studios once mentioned an undersea kingdom in Avengers: Endgame that made many people think of Atlantis.
One of the biggest problems Marvel Studios will face is the X-Men’s backstory, and Krakoa could be the answer they’re looking for.
Latvia

Latveria is a kingdom quite similar to Wakanda, an unrealistic country located on Earth in the Marvel comic universe.
Before Marvel Studios confirmed that Doctor Doom would not be the villain in the blockbuster Fantastic Four, Latveria was always considered the next secret kingdom to appear in the MCU.
