According to most gamers, the conversion process is not too complicated.

– `Fortunately, it was transferred before the server collapsed.`
– `Simple conversion, everyone`.
– `Done, a bit slow because I had to create a new Riot account, but after this step, the conversion is quite fast.`
– `Seeing that I moved quickly but everyone took a while, I was a little confused.`
Some errors when moving League of Legends
However, a problem that occurs (predicted by many gamers) is server congestion.
– `Just finished, the page crashed.`
– `There were so many people that the server was congested and had to reload the page many times to access it.`
– `The link is fast, but getting to the page to link takes a long time.`
One of the notable points is that many gamers have used their accounts playing VALORANT to link with Riot.
Some gamers will receive a notification that their account is not from Southeast Asia – source: Facebook
– `Accounts created while playing VALORANT cannot be linked.`
– `You must create a new Riot account that has never played any Riot game before.`
– `Just create a new Riot account, it’s super easy.`
More specifically, some gamers also received the message `Garena account is permanently banned from playing`.

All in all, the transition was done quite smoothly and Riot also pledged to support gamers as much as possible when problems arise during this process.
